Three air powered zoetropes propelled by fans. Each zoetrope contains a sequence of images, showing Mickey Mouse falling through space. Mickey is shown in different incarnations; a sketch as Walt Disney might have composed him, in black and white as Mickey first appeared and in colour as he is seen today.
The work was made for MOAM x Mickey an exhibition celebrating 90 years of Mickey Mouse on show at Hotel Krasnapolsky and the Beurs van Berlage between the 1st and 4th of November 2018.
